The MI Emirates franchise owned by Mumbai Indians owners has signed four local players from UAE for the inaugural season of the ILT20 which starts in January 2023.
Muhammad Waseem, Basil Hameed, Vriitya Aravind, and Zahoor Khan are all set to wear MI Emirates jersey this season.
The Franchise earlier announced West Indies Veteran All Rounder Kieron Pollard as their Captain.
MI Emirates have some of the biggest T20 names going around including the likes of Dwayne Bravo, Trent Boult and Nicholas Pooran.

Shane Bond, who had been also the bowling coach of Mumbai Indians in IPL was appointed the head coach of the MI Emirates squad.
Parthiv Patel will be the batting coach for the MI Emirates while Vinay Kumar was appointed the bowling coach of the MI Emirates. Robin Singh was appointed the general manager of cricket for the MI Emirates.
