Tim David is one of the deadliest finishers in Shortest Format of the game currently, he will don the Aussie shirt and will be key finisher for Australia in Upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022.
He was in phenomenal form in the recently concluded T20I series against India and West Indies. He also played impactful innings of 40 in 23 balls against England in 2nd T20I at Canberra.
David Warner, his teammate said happy to have him in the Team. He compared Tim David with the T20 legend Kieron Pollard and also appreciated him for his incredible strength.
“He (Tim David), got some incredible power and is an awesome bloke, reminds me of Kieron Pollard and can bowl as well. He makes me look small and hits a long way, there aren’t too many flaws in his game. Met him at the IPL first time. He is going to play a big role for us at the World Cup and it is exciting,” Warner said.
