Tim David smashed 42 off 20 balls in the second T20I against West Indies.
26 Year Old Tim David is the newest member of Australia T20I Team, he is an absolute freak in T20 Format, known as one of the finest hitters in the shortest format of the game, Tim David explosive approach earns him a spot in Australia’s T20 World Cup squad.
David is born in Singapore, he has played only five T20Is for Australia so far. He showed his hitting ability in the recent T20I series against India and now he also played good role in the 2 match T20I series against West Indies
Tim David is picked as finisher for team Australia in the World Cup and he is doing he job very well so far. Tim David has experience of playing all around the world league and he knows many bowlers plans so he will be very dangerous against them.
“Now he’s in our team and our set-up, it’s a godsend. He’s an incredible player and he’s got some serious power. It boosts our middle order. With his height as well, and strength, it suits us that’s for sure,” David Warner said after Australia’s 31-run victory over West Indies.

“Coming out and playing that role there when it was a hard wicket to start on really opens our eyes to ‘how do we utilise that?’ But even what he did for Mumbai (Indians, in the IPL), he got a couple of thirties or forties off eight or nine balls – it’s incredible,” said Warner.
“You don’t get these types of players every day. It’s going to be good for us moving forward and hopefully, there’s a spot there as well because the selectors have got a headache now,” the 35-year-old added.
Australia now will face their arch rivals England in three match T20I series Starting from 9th October in Perth.
