The 2022 Indian Premier Tournament is the fifteenth season of the Indian Premier League, a professional Twenty20 cricket league created by the Board of Control for Cricket in India in 2007. It is also known as IPL 15 or, for sponsorship purposes, Tata IPL 2022.
IPL 2022 will highlight a total of ten teams. The other teams include the Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Rulers, Rajasthan Royals, Illustrious Challengers Bangalore, Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Punjab Rulers, and Sunrisers Hyderabad. While Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Monsters are recently included to this season.
