India all set to play 3 Match ODI series Starting from 22nd July in Trinidad.
Big Names Like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, Rishabh Pant, Hardik Pandya are Rested for the series. Shikhar Dhawan is leading Indian Team in 3 Match ODI series.

Who Should Open With Shikhar Dhawan: Now who is going to open with Shikhar Dhawan is a big Question. India have three names in the Squad, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shubman Gill and in form Ishan Kishan. Ruturaj Gaikwad is not as much impressing since his T20I Debut. He scored only 135 runs in 9 T20I Matches with an average of 16. Shubman Gill is coming back in the white ball team after December 2020. Ishan Kishan is in very good form. He is already Team India’s Number 3 Opener in white ball format. 24 Year Old Ishan Kishan is front Runner to open with Dhawan. He made his ODI debut against Sri Lanka in last year July. He last played an ODI match in February 2022 against West Indies where he opened the Innings.
Middle Order: Now it’s also confirm that Surya Kumar Yadav will be Bat at No4, Shreyas Iyer is also in the squad so is also likely to feature in the Playing Xi. Now the question is who will get a chance between Sanju Samson and Deepak Hooda. Deepak Hooda is in very good form and Sanju Samson played only one match in his ODI career where he scored 46 runs against Sri Lanka in July Last Year. Management is likely to go with Deepak Hooda as he also giving bowling option.
All Rounder: Ravindra Jadeja is Vice Captain of the Team so he will definitely make into the XI and Axar Patel is likely to play. Shardul Thakur is the other option as well but if they want to go with Spin then they will look at Shardul Thakur but the Pitches in West Indies are Spin Friendly. If Hooda will make into the XI then Shardul us likely to play and if Sanju Samson will get a chance then Axar Patel will play.
Fast Bowler: Mahommad Siraj will be leading bowler in the series. He gets a chance in the previous ODI against England where he removed Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow on Duck, Jasprit Bumrah and Mahommad Shami are Rested for the series. Prasidh Krishna is likely to his Partner. One between Avesh Khan Arshdeep Singh likely to play. Yuzi Chahal will be Front line Spinner.
