Speaking of the same, Shaheen Afridi came forward to heap praise on the Indian skipper and opined that he is one of the most difficult batters to bowl against. Afridi also opined that dismissing Rohit early into the game could be a good way to put pressure on the Indian side.
“Rohit Sharma has scored a ton of runs for India, and he is a difficult batter to bowl against. If you dismiss the captain early, the players who follow come under a lot of pressure,” Afridi said in a video shared by Star Sports.
“He is the main player, and the idea will be to dismiss him and put the team under pressure,” he added.
