Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) managed to beat the Punjab Kings (PBKS) during a group stage match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on April 29 (Friday).
Mayank Agarwal won the toss and elected to bowl first. LSG got off to a poor start with the skipper KL Rahul getting out for just six runs. However, wicketkeeper-batter Quinton de Kock found a potent partner in Indian batter Deepak Hooda, and the duo stitched 85 runs for the second wicket.
