Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have signed Rajat Patidar as a replacement for the injured Luvnith Sisodia for the remainder of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022.
Rajat Patidar, who represents Madhya Pradesh in domestic cricket, has so far played 31 T20s and has 861 runs against his title with the assistance of 7 half-centuries. The right-handed player, who had already represented the RCB franchise four times, will join RCB for the price of INR 20 Lakh.
However, his knock went in vain as combined efforts from the PBKS batters pushed them over the line. It is to be noted that RCB appointed Du Plessis as their regular skipper ahead of the season as regular skipper Virat Kohli stepped down from the role. On the other hand, Du Plessis, who was not retained by CSK in the retention process, was bagged by RCB for INR 7 crore.
