In the Match 34 of Indian Premier League 2021, the verbal spat hapenned between MI all-rounder Kieron Pollard and KKR fast bowler Prasidh Krishna. The fast bowler Prasidh Krishna took the wicket of Quinton De Kock and then arrived West Indies all-rounder Kieron Pollard.

Prasidh Krishna bowled the last delivery of the 15th over, where Pollard dodged the ball towards the bowler and he failed to grab it and ran towards Pollard with his hand up for no reason at all. Pollard was not impressed with what the pacer did, and had a exchange of words with him, when both got in face to face with each other.
Venkatesh Iyer continued his fine form and scored 53 off 30 balls, while Rahul Tripathi was also brilliant with 74* off 42 balls and helped the team to chase down the total in 15 overs.
