The BCCI has announced India’s squads for the remaining two Test matches (third and fourth Tests) and the ODIs of the ongoing series against Australia.
The BCCI has announced an unchanged squad for the remaining two Tests of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy scheduled to be played in Indore and Ahmedabad. The third Test of the ongoing series will be played at the Holkar Stadium in Indore and the fourth and final Test of the series will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
India have taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the four-match Test series and are just one win away from securing the series victory and cementing a berth in the summit clash of the World Test Championship.
Rohit Sharma unavailable for 1st ODI; Hardik Pandya to lead
The apex cricket board has also confirmed that skipper Rohit Sharma will not feature in the first ODI following the Test series. Rohit will be unavailable due to ‘family commitments’ and star all-rounder Hardik Pandya will lead the Team in the first ODI at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
